Welcome to Parosnu. By accessing or using our platform at parosnu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Parosnu in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Parosnu is a QR-based restaurant management platform that provides:

• Digital menu management and QR code generation
• Kitchen and waiter order management dashboards
• Order tracking, reports, and analytics
• Customer feedback and coupon systems
• Stock and inventory management tools

3. Account Registration

To use Parosnu, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a Parosnu account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Parosnu offers the following subscription plans:

• Trial: Free for 14 days with limited features
• Basic: Rs 999/month (Rs 4,999 for 6 months · Rs 9,999/year)
• Pro: Rs 1,999/month (Rs 9,999 for 6 months · Rs 19,999/year)

Payments are processed manually by our team. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except in cases of service failure on our part. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Parosnu. At the end of the trial period, your account will be suspended unless you upgrade to a paid plan. We will notify you before the trial expires. No credit card is required for the trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Parosnu to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in Nepal or internationally
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation or security
• Resell or sublicense access to Parosnu without written permission
• Use the platform for any purpose other than restaurant management

7. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Parosnu, including menu items, images, and restaurant information. By uploading content, you grant Parosnu a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for Parosnu. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will notify users in advance of planned maintenance where possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your subscription payment is overdue by more than 14 days
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity on the platform

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Parosnu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Parosnu shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

The Parosnu name, logo, platform design, and all related software are the exclusive intellectual property of Parosnu. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Parosnu after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
